So, there is a quilt shop near you.......Sew This! I googled a map and related Abita Springs to Lafayette: a 2 1/2 hour road trip. Abita Springs to Metairie, yes, across the causeway easily done in one hour. Now, from Monroe, we have a different story - it will have to be an overnighter because it's gonna take us 4 hours...that is if we don't stop for a bathroom break. But still, there's always a quilt shop near you. Get in the car and roll.
